چکیده
Introduction. Patients with COVID-19 infection are vulnerable to a variety of serious complications, including invasive fungal infections such as aspergillosis. Because pulmonary aspergillosis is difficult confirm perfect confidence, it has been classified ?proven,??probable,? and ?possible.? We present patient in whom ?probable? was complicated by hematogenous spread into brain formation multiple abscesses. Case outline. A 67-year-old female diagnosed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from nasopharyngeal swab. The had never vaccinated before. Despite standard therapy noninvasive oxygen support, the patient?s health deteriorated one month following onset disease, chest discomfort, cough, hemoptysis. Thoracic computed tomography (CT) revealed bilateral infiltrative lesions varying diameters cavities, primarily left lung, well modest effusions both pleural spaces. Aspergillus hyphae were isolated tracheobronchial aspirates. Amphotericin B, which only available antifungal medication at time, fell coma. CT scan skull several inside brain, some cavities suggestive metastatic abscesses, most likely etiology (Aspergillus) result all other precautions, died. autopsy not carried out. Conclusion. In addition patients may develop aspergillosis, can be fatal because possibility brain.

Linezolid Induced Twice Pure Red Cell Aplasia in a Patient with Central Nervous System Infection after Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation
Linezolid (LZD), severed as the first oxazolidinone antibiotic, was active against multidrug-resistant gram-positive strains. LZD can induce thrombocytopenia, anemia and leukocytopenia. Currently, reports on pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) cases induced by LZD are relatively rare [4-7]. In this paper, we reported a patient with PRCA twice induced by LZD. A 37-year-old man was diagnosed with myelody...

trauma. In this report, we present a remarkable case of multiple lung and brain lesions caused by aspergillosis after a falling incident. A 54-year-old male was admitted with multiple trauma (brain contusion, aspiration pneumonitis with pulmonary contusion, right humerus fracture and right scapular fracture) due to a 6-m fall and aspiration of slops. In view of aspiration pneumonitis (Figure 1,...

متن کاملReview of the Aspergillosis and Report A Case of its Central Nervous System
SUMMARY Because Aspergillus SP. are one of the most common airborne fungal contaminants in all parts of the world, the incidence of Aspergillosis is relatively high, but will not be diagnosed in some cases. In this survey we decided to review the importance of Aspergillosis and also to report a case of its Central Nervous system involvement in a patient without Immunodeficiency.
